For the products purchased in Turkey, you can return your items within 30 days following receiving your order with the condition that the items you are returning must be in original condition and unworn, unwashed or not defective and must include all the accessories. When will I receive payment for the item I want to return?
After checking the conformity of your item based on our return policy and conditions, we will refund the item to your credit card. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund is issued. It may take up to 7-15 business days for the refund to appear on your online statement depending on your bank.
What should I do if the item I received is damaged?
Although this should never happen, in case you receive a faulty or damaged item, you can return it within 30 days after receiving it. Please let us know immediately by e-mailing at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can attend the issue right away.
I would like to change the item I bought. What is your exchange policy?
